Ingredients
- 60 ml olive oil
- 60 ml chopped red onion
- 5 g chopped fresh dill
- 2 tsp mayo
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 340 g cooked salmon (or canned salmon, drained)
- 120 ml panko breadcrumbs
Method
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, red onion, dill, mayo, Dijon mustard, and Old Bay seasoning.
- Gently fold in salmon and panko breadcrumbs until well combined.
- Form mixture into 6 evenly sized patties.
- Preheat air fryer to 200 °C.
- Place patties in the air fryer basket and cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and heated through.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
